During a debate about the need to reform public services, I highlighted the fact that the SNP have neither the desire or competence to improve public services in Scotland.
I spoke in the Scottish Parliament about the Grangemouth Flood Protection Scheme. I urged the Scottish Government to get their heads out the sand and finally take some action to protect Grangemouth.
